Summary: From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us. She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. Summary: Staff were very friendly, however shower changed temperatures constantly meaning you couldn’t have a warm shower, sink tap was broken and moved a lot but the room was comfortable and reasonably sized for a budget hotel, close to Parc Asterix, while definitely use again.

Summary: Very kind receptionists buy the building has reached the level of a F1-Hotel. The shower was fixed with a plastic bag, The plug beside the bed doesent work. Everything was clean. Ibis budget hotels in Portugal or Spain are completely different.

Summary: The staff was very courteous and the room was nice. I liked very much that they have shelves to put clothes, unlike every other hotel that I have stayed in of this category. The breakfast choices were not very impressive, however.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful, very quiet area and relaxing. The 3 young ladies working behind the desk during our stay were very nice and professional, always had time for me and my wife, nothing was too much for them, this kind of professionalism is needed in this industry, well done Ladies and thank you so much for your kindness.
